Disc Carrier

ElringKlinger

Clutch discs use the toothing in the disc carrier to establish positive engagement, by which the driving torque is applied or connected to the transmission. In doing so, the disc carriers have to withstand very high mechanical stresses and rotational speeds, operate efficiently and with precision, and demonstrate a high degree of deep drawing.
Torques up to 3,000 Nm and above
Can be manufactured with external and/or internal toothing
Variation of material and material thicknesses possible
Weight reduction due to allocation of material (local increase in tooth thickness) with toothing on one side
